Am I eligible for Early Career membership?
If you have completed training (residency/fellowship) within the past five years (for MD/DO etc.), yes. If you are still in training, you can sign up for the In-Training tier.

IARS offers LMIC membership rates, travel grants, and the Global Scholars Award, all tailored to support members in resource-limited settings.

How do I find mentorship or connect with peers?
Join the eSAS community and other IARS Online Communities. Attend live webinars and participate in online journal clubs. Volunteer and committee roles are also good pathways.
